I've heard only wonderful reviews about Cafe Adirondack, but hadn't heard of coastal southern cuisine - so I went to your web site and it made me hungry! I'm really looking forward to trying everything on the menu (but not all at once).
What sets coastal southern apart from nearby regional cuisine like the Gulf or Tidewaters? How did you come to specialize in that? I bet there's some interesting stories behind such great food in an unlikely setting.
