Being a member of the Chamber helps you to spread the word about your business or community organization. Many people forget that community organizations can also join, and the Chester Library, which provides many outstanding programs for the public every year, frequently has a representative at Chamber meetings.
The Chamber is an excellent way to advertise community, âfree to attendâ programs. They produce a monthly activities listing that is circulated throughout the community and the Chamber staff is happy to add your event. As an example, the Friends of the Chester Library recently had a speaker from the DEC come to give a presentation on âCoyotes,â and over 100 individuals attended.
